Warkworth Theatre Group’s Golden Variety Show raised just over $1300.

The beneficiaries were the Mahurangi River Restoration Trust, Hestia Womens Refuge, Warkworth Wellsford Hospice and Homebuilders Family Support Services.

A percentage was given to each organisation according to their popular support with audiences.

The Golden Variety Show was staged as part of the Kowhai Festival and featured performances by The Showstoppers, The Jazz Connection, Jade River Ukes and the Summerset choir.
