Warkworth Wellsford Budget Service is continuing to offer free budgeting advice during the next four weeks via email and phone.
Coordinator Liz Allen says COVID-19 restrictions will put pressure on more people, as work dries up and jobs are lost, but the budgeting service can help with comprehensive free advice.
“As the lockdown continues, many in our communities will experience hardship and lost income,” she says. “If you are aware of anyone in this situation or need advice yourself, please feel free to contact Warkworth Wellsford Budget Service.”
The Wellsford office has already received an increase in calls from people anxious about a range of issues, including food shortages and benefit payments.
